Hotel Shuttle Bus Information:
A shuttle bus will run between the
hotel and campus between 7:30 and 9:00 am, 12:30 and 2:00 pm,
and 5:30 and 11:30 pm on both days. The bus's capacity is 27
passengers. Pick-ups and drop-offs will be outside the Student
Center facing Ella Grasso Boulevard.
This bus will take participants to the
Afghani restaurant in West Hartford (or to any restaurant in
West Hartford Center for that matter) on the Friday night and
return them to the hotel by 11:30 pm. It will leave campus at
7:30 pm and make a stop at the hotel at 7:45.
Upon registration at the hotel,
conference participants should indicate if they wish to carpool
back to the airport on Friday night and Saturday morning. If so,
they should specify their flight number and departure time on
the lists provided by the hotel. A taxi ride to the airport is
approximately $50. Unfortunately, there is NO shuttle bus
between the airport and the hotel.
