CCSU Events

1)  The Special Collections Department at CCSU's Elihu Burritt Library is having a special exhibit for the conference on the main entrance floor this week from Tuesday, March 27 to Saturday, March 31? The title is "Words and Images Across the Ages." Exceptionally, the library will stay open until 7:30pm on Friday, March 30.

2)  Along with its regular exhibit of Michael Hermann’s Photographs, the CCSU Art Gallery will be hosting a special Text and Image exhibit featuring the work of Connecticut artist June Bisantz.

June Bisantz: Word and Image is to appear in the Inner Gallery of the Art Building (Maloney Hall / S.T. Chen Fine Arts Center), which is located two buildings down from the Student Center, on Stanley Street (please see campus map).

All gallery exhibitions and events are free and open to the public. During the conference, the Art Gallery will be open:

Thursday, March 29th:  3 - 8PM and Friday, March 30th:  1PM - 8PM

Please note that the reception on Thursday, March 29th, will be held at the Art Gallery from 5:00 to 7:00 pm.
